These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you the customer and me at Studio in the Wood. By using my website in any way, or by buying from me, you agree to be bound by them.

Pricing & Products
Prices are all in Pounds Stirling and each product is sold subject to its Product Description. All dimensions quoted are to the nearest cm. The colour of the item may differ from that shown on your screen due to the technology available. All of the work is produced by the artist and is hand made, not mass produced, (including mounts and frames, with the exception of the greetings cards)
Placing an order
Payment can be made using our online facility with a valid credit/debit card. By giving details of your card you confirm that the card being used belongs to you. To be eligible to purchase items on this website you must be over 18 years of age and have an address where items can be delivered to in the United Kingdom (PO box numbers and hotels are not acceptable) or abroad.
To be able to process your order we require your name, address, e-mail address, a contact phone number and credit/debit card details.
When you come to pay you will be transferred to the secure Paypal website where you will securely enter your credit/debit card details
Payment in full must be made before goods are dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfil any obligations if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
You will receive an email once you have placed an order giving you all the details and a reference number.
Delivery
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Where an item is heavy or outsize the delivery is extra and is quoted. The delivery charges are for mainland UK only (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands). For charges worldwide please email for a quote.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail
PLEASE NOTE : If you purchase a work on this web site that is FRAMED you will have to collect it from me at Studio in the Wood. Currently I am not posting glazed works.

Returns and Refunds
Since the cost of delivery to the customer is included in the price, if for whatever reason you wish to return the artwork the customer must bear the cost of delivery. The artwork must be in perfect condition when received for a full refund.
